This morning I noticed these weird clouds over Wellington. You may think these photos are just out of focus, but the clouds really were like that.
It was pretty much as though wind from one direction had blown clouds at one elevation into wave forms, while wind from another direction had created cross-waves at another elevation.
Couple that with a sun low on the horizon, over the hills in the East, and we had these wonderful clouds.
